WORKSHOPS ABOUT DIGITAL GROWTH TRANSFORMATION TO CORPORATE INNOVATION TEAMS WITHIN IBM

In 2017 we gave growth workshops to multiple teams within IBM (Amsterdam) and guided teams in their digital marketing activities in the innovation area. We Are Off The Record gave several workshops about growth hacking techniques, digital growth transformation and the differences between traditional marketing.

CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

We helped internal teams to identify and validate customer personas and showed them how to test different value propositions in order to run acquisition and lead generation experiments across multiple online channels.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

We showed them how to implement a growth mindset and data-driven process within multiple teams from IBM. This setup was specifically designed for IBM since they build a lot of apps for internal communication.

GROWTH WORKSHOPS

We did an interactive workshop around digital growth experiments, customer validation and data analysis which we lectured to IBM employees from several internal innovation departments.


Acquisition & Lead Generation

We showed and lectured techniques to drive traffic towards mobile apps and landing pages via multiple online acquisition channels based on validated propositions and target audiences.


Growth Process

We explained how to setup a detailed growth process and framework to learn and validate outcomes as soon as possible without the lose of quality.


Pirate Metrics

We explained the differences between traditional marketing and growth marketing based on the AARRR funnel principles.
